Five-layered Cupcake
Cupcake is one of the blockers in Candy Crush Soda Saga. It's the main blocker and the most abundant blocker a player will come across whilst playing the game. As the game progresses, the cupcake gathers more and more layers; therefore, it makes the game harder.
Properties[]
Cupcake occupies one square and is stuck until cleared. It can be broken by making matches adjacent to it, or through any special candy's effects reaching the blocker. This procedure needs to be repeated as many times as the number of layers. Colour bombs can't destroy it unless a candy (or candies) next to it is destroyed by the colour bomb. Frosting might be underneath a cupcake, requiring the player to first clear the frosting before reaching the frosting. A Double Color Bomb combo takes off one layer of all cupcakes. Color Bomb + Coloring Candy strips ALL layers of all cupcakes.

Trivia[]
- The Five-layered Cupcake used to debut in Level 30 before redesign.
- This blocker is the same as multilayered frosting in Candy Crush Saga. It is also the same as cupcake in Candy Crush Jelly Saga, but the appearance is different there.
- This blocker also appear in Candy Crush Friends with the blocker named Caramel Cup. Other more than having one more layer in this game, however they function the same.
